You might have recognize that I use for all my baking adjustable cake ring molds*. Because very often questions come up, how you keep the dough inside the mold, I wanted to show you my method.
There are different methods like using bread crumbs along the lower edge, some dough which you bake before filling in the rest of the dough or to wrap them with parchment paper. I find all of this methods way to time consuming or complicated.
My mom thought me a way easier method with two cake molds* in each other. They can have the same height or the outer one can also have less height. The preparation takes no a minute with a little training. First adjust the higher ring to the size you want the cake and the less high to about 10mm smaller. Put a piece of parchment paper on the less high one and press the higher one from the top into the other one so the parchment paper is sticking out between the rings shown in the picture. Now you can put the rings onto the baking tray. It's best to use cake molds* without a handle so you can have the gap between them pretty small, but others are also possible.
Hope this helps you for the future and you have fun to bake with it.
